My Journey Leading to Royal Retreatments
Hi, I’m Tammy—founder of Royal Retreatments, a luxury healing experience for high-achieving women.
I created this female focused retreat because I believe one of the most sacred parts of healing is sharing what we’ve learned so others don’t have to walk the path alone.
For years, I thought I was just “stressed.” And maybe that’s true—but beneath that stress, I also found pressure, perfectionism, and emotional exhaustion I didn’t even realize were weighing me down. My healing began when I gave myself permission to pause, listen to my body, and reset my nervous system.
That reset changed everything.
Royal Retreatments was born from that transformation. Because whether your stress comes from trauma, burnout, or simply carrying too much for too long—your nervous system deserves restoration. And when sharing my journey helps a woman reclaim her power, her calm, or find her path a little sooner… I know that following my passion continues to heal me more every day.
